John oversees the day-to-day operations and activities of the Registry.
The General Counsel manages activities of the Registry’s legal department, including complaints, investigations, conciliation, legislation, administrative regulations, advisory opinions, and delinquency. They provides legal interpretation of the campaign finance law for Registry members and staff, and represents the agency at all levels, including state and federal court.
Katie coordinates delinquency and conciliation procedures for late filing of campaign finance statements, investigates case facts, drafts conciliation agreements and letters, and assists the General Counsel on all legal matters. She also functions as the liaison to Registry Board Members.
Conducts administrative investigations to prevent, identify, and eliminate campaign finance violations; drafts in-depth investigative reports with recommendations to the Registry Board for possible administrative action; and performs other duties as required.
Katrina manages the coordination, development, implementation, and administration of the agency’s biennial budget. She also processes accounts payables and the end of fiscal year financial reporting.
David is responsible for performing comprehensive compliance audits of gubernatorial slates/committees as well as statewide candidates/committees, Unauthorized Campaign Committees, Inaugural Committees, and other audits and investigations as warranted. He provides direction on campaign finance questions to campaigns, candidates, and the general public.

Jeff is responsible for reviewing the financial reports for all registered Political Action Committees (PACs), Executive Committees, Caucus Campaign Committees, and Political Issues Committees filed with the agency. He also oversees Independent Expenditure financial reports filed with KREF.
Kristy assists candidates with last names beginning H through Q, campaign committees, and the public with interpreting statutes and regulations. She is also responsible for pre-auditing campaign finance reports to ensure compliance with campaign finance laws. Kristy serves as the “lead” Administrator and currently handles all Judicial Financial Disclosures.

Handles customer support by providing access to agency personnel and information. Also assists all Candidates and Committees file reports with the agency.
Teddy maintains the Registry’s KREF System; oversees the Registry’s electronic filing program; maintains the Registry’s website and Online Searchable Database; directs and assists COT programmers in administering modifications to the KREF System; and manages all of the day-to-day and long-term technology needs of the Registry. Mr. Boone also assists the regulated community and the public in navigating the Registry’s extensive website resources.
The Law Clerk’s responsibilities include drafting administrative regulations and assisting the General Counsel in review of complaints and delinquency matters.
