ATTENTION - eFiling

ALL candidates, committees, and contributing organizations are required to electronically submit all reports to the Registry using the Kentucky Election Finance Management System. This includes candidate Notices of Intent as well as Political Organization Registrations. ATTENTION - Delinquent Filers

Pursuant to KRS 121.120(6)(i), if any candidate, slate of candidates, committee, or contributing organization does not submit the required campaign finance reports electronically by the applicable filing deadline, and are therefore in violation of campaign finance law, the Registry shall publish the candidate, slate of candidates, committee, or contributing organization's name as a delinquent filer until such time as the campaign finance report is properly filed.

NEXT REGISTRY BOARD MEETING:

The next meeting of the Board of the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Registry's office at 140 Walnut Street, Frankfort, KY 40601. The meeting agenda may be found here: 10.22.2025 Agenda (final).

Advisory Opinion Request

The Registry is currently accepting written comments through October 30, 2025, from any interested party pertaining to the following advisory opinion request: 2025-005 Request. Comments should be mailed to the Registry at 140 Walnut Street, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601 or emailed to KREFRequests@ky.gov.
