Financial Disclosure Reports Due March 15!Judges and Commonwealth's Attorneys, and candidates for those offices in 2024, must file their financial disclosure reports with the Registry by March 15, 2025. The form is here KREF025 and the instructions are here KREF025Instructions. The completed forms may be mailed, emailed, or faxed to the Registry.
ATTENTION - Contribution Limit IncreaseKRS 121.150(6) and (10) requires certain contribution limits to be indexed for inflation every odd-numbered year using the preceding year's percent increase in the non-seasonally adjusted annual average Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. City Average, All Items, for that year as published by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics and rounded to the nearest hundred dollars.
Accordingly, contribution limits for Candidates, Permanent Committees, and Contributing Organizations increased $100 effective January 1, 2025. This means the new contribution limit per election for Candidates is $2,200, and the new contribution limit per year for Permanent Committees and Contributing Organizations is $2,200.
